Welcome to FinFlowWay. These Terms govern your access to our consulting services, digital courses, and physical items. By using any offering, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Consulting Services

Consulting sessions, including one-on-one guidance and strategy reviews, are scheduled by mutual agreement. Full payment is required in advance.

Sessions may be rescheduled without extra fee if notified at least 7 calendar days prior. Late cancellations or no-shows incur full charge.

Reimbursement is not available once a session has commenced, due to the personalized nature of the service.

2. Digital Courses

Access to each digital course is granted upon successful payment. Purchasers have a 14-day window from the date of access to request reimbursement, provided less than 10% of the course content has been viewed or downloaded.

Approved reimbursements are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Alternatively, purchasers may request a transfer of course access to another person by contacting us.

3. Physical Items

Products ship within 5 working days of order confirmation. If you wish to request reimbursement for a physical item, you must notify us within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped to our office at 10 Bayfront Avenue, Singapore 018956. Shipping costs for sending items back are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Once we receive and inspect the item, reimbursements are issued within 15 working days to the original payment method.

4. Extended Reimbursement Policy

We distinguish among service types to ensure fair treatment:

Consulting Services: No reimbursement after session start.
Digital Courses: Limited reimbursement within a 14-day window under usage conditions.
Physical Items: Reimbursement upon receipt and inspection.

Requests to transfer services or courses may be made by contacting us. We aim to accommodate such requests when feasible.

5. Payment

We accept major credit methods and direct debit. All charges appear under FinFlowWay.

6. Intellectual Property

All materials remain the property of FinFlowWay. Unauthorized distribution or copying of materials is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FinFlowWay shall not be liable for any indirect damages arising from use of our offerings.

8. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance.
